Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces (defrost frozen chicken beforehand or heat it in a pan until it is easy to cut). Sauté in a little oil in a frying pan. Clean the vegetables and cut them into pieces of any size. Chop the garlic cloves into small pieces.
Add all this to the pan and leave everything in the pan for about 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring in between. If you like, you can leave the garlic cloves whole and add them to the pan.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with rice.
