🍓 Ingredients

300 grams Carrots peeled lengthwise quartered and cut into pieces
4 Chicken legs of 250 g separated at the joint
1 Red bell pepper seeded and cut into pieces
3 twigs Thyme leaves plucked and chopped
3 twigs Rosemary needles plucked and finely chopped
400 grams Potatoes mainly firm boiling peeled coarsely diced
4 tablespoons Olive oil
1 clove Garlic pressed
  Salt and pepper black from the mill

🍽 Instructions

Mix rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix chicken legs and vegetables with it, put in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees in about 45 minutes until golden brown.
