Cut the meat into small cubes or strips and marinate in the soy or teriyaki sauce for about 20 minutes. In the hot oil, first fry the meat and then add the onions and garlic.
Add tomatoes (a little water if needed) and then simmer everything until the meat is nice and tender (takes about 15 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile, drain the rice cooked in salted water in a colander and arrange on plates together with the meat-tomato mixture.
Serve garnished with parsley.
