🍓 Ingredients

1/4 jar Tomato peppers marinated red chopped small
1 bunch Soup vegetables cleaned coarsely chopped
1 Soup chicken about 1 kg
1 large Peach fresh ripe (or canned) diced
4 tablespoons Sour cream or yogurt
4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
as you like Lemon juice
some Glutamate (glutal)
as you like Worcestershire sauce
a little bit Salt

🍽 Instructions

Prepared soup chicken wash well and cook slowly together with greens for about 2 hours.

When cool, remove and cut into small slices without the skin. Sprinkle the chicken with lemon juice and season with a little salt and some glutal. Mix the mayonnaise with sour cream until smooth and season with lemon juice and Worcester sauce.

Mix in the marinated chicken pieces, the chopped peppers and the diced peaches. Allow to marinate for about 1 hour. Serve with toast.
