Wash the outside and inside of the chicken well and remove it from the bone. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika and fry briefly in a pan. Peel and dice the potatoes and carrots, then fry briefly and place in a baking dish.
Remove seeds from peppers, then dice zucchini, mushrooms and bell bell pepper. Peel and chop the garlic.
Sauté everything with the mushrooms and rosemary sprig in olive oil in a large skillet and place on top of the potatoes and carrots. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika. Chop the green onion and sprinkle on top. Put the chicken on top and place in the oven at 180°C for about 3/4 – 1 hr.
