Slice mushrooms and fry in their own juices in a non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper, fold in parsley or tarragon. Brush chicken breast with oil and pan fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes. Arrange with the mushrooms. Wash the grapes, cut them in half, mix with the cress and eat as a salad with it.
