Chicory or Zucchini Vegetables for One Person

🍓 Ingredients

1 Chicory or zucchini
1 handful Bacon finely diced
1/2 cup Cream or cremefine about 100 ml
some Water warm
  Salt and pepper

🍽 Instructions

Fry the bacon cubes. Then cut the vegetables into strips and also fry them a little. Deglaze with a shot of warm water or broth.

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Stir in the cream. If I am very hungry, I cook potatoes with it.
