🍓 Ingredients

2 tablespoons Olive oil
4 Chicory
600 grams Chicken breast
some Sage chopped
250 milliliters Chicken broth
some Salt and pepper
100 grams Cream
50 grams Walnuts chopped
2 tablespoons Creme fraiche

🍽 Instructions

Wash chicken breast and cut into strips. Fry in olive oil, set aside. Cut the chicory crosswise into strips, add to the frying fat, pour the chicken stock and cook until al dente. Season to taste. Add the meat, cream and walnuts and simmer for about 10 minutes.
