Whisk together margarine, sugar and egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until they form beaten egg whites.

Grate the block chocolate and add to the batter together with the hazelnuts and cocoa powder. Then add the flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder and whisk together with the milk. At the end, carefully fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan (26 cm). Bake in the preheated oven at 175°C convection oven for approx. 60 minutes.
