🍓 Ingredients

500 milliliters Low-fat curd
600 grams Milk
8 heaped teaspoons Cocoa powder
150 grams Sugar or appropriate amount of sweetener
4 leaf Gelatin
1 heaped teaspoons Coffee powder instant

🍽 Instructions

Soak the gelatine.

Heat part of the milk and dissolve the gelatine in it. Then add cocoa and instant coffee and stir with a blender. Mix with sugar (sweetener) and add everything to the curd. Add the rest of the milk. Put everything into small jars and let it thicken in the refrigerator for 6 – 8 hours.
