🍓 Ingredients

100 grams Brown sugar (you can use up to 150 g)
2 tablespoons Gingerbread spice
450 grams Apples e.g. Boskoop
150 milliliters Apple cider vinegar
500 grams Dried fruit e.g. pears apricots figs
1 Orange organic juice and grated peel

🍽 Instructions

Peel, core and chop apples.

Cut dried fruit and apple into pieces and place in a saucepan with orange zest and juice, gingerbread spice, vinegar and sugar and heat slowly.

When the sugar has dissolved, bring to a boil and simmer the mixture for about 45 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour hot into clean jars, seal and let steep for about 1 month.
