All ingredients must be room warm.
Stir yeast with a little milk and sugar until smooth, mix with flour, sugar, salt, butter and remaining milk to form a yeast dough. Let rise in a warm place for approx. 30 min.
For the topping, mix butter with powdered sugar, cinnamon and cardamom.
Roll out yeast dough on floured work surface to approx.
0.5 cm thickness, coat with cinnamon mixture, roll up and cut into approx. 3-4 cm slices. Brush with milk yolk, bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
