Beat egg whites until stiff, beat with granulated sugar, add powdered sugar, lemon juice, grated coconut and honey.
Cover a baking tray with baking paper, shape the mixture into biscuits with two coffee spoons, place on the baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until light yellow, cool, remove from paper or place on wafers.
Tip: Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites.
