🍓 Ingredients

1 package Vanilla sugar
4 Egg whites
180 grams Sugar
1 level teaspoons Cinnamon
200 grams Coconut flakes
2 drops Bitter almond flavor (no more!)

🍽 Instructions

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add spoonfuls of sugar and vanilla sugar, cinnamon and bitter almond oil.

Slowly fold in the coconut flakes. Using 2 teaspoons, place small mounds of dough on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 150°C for 30-40 minutes (depending on the size of the macaroons). Remove immediately from the tray.
