🍓 Ingredients

1 Vanilla bean 📝 🍽
1 Lime (organic) 📝 🍽
4 tablespoons Sugar 📝 🍽
1 package Vanillin sugar 🍽
3 tablespoons White rum 📝 🍽
200 milliliters Water filtered 🍽
200 milliliters Coconut cream 📝 🍽
some Coconut flakes (coconut flakes) 📝 🍽

🍽 Instructions

Finely grate the lime peel and squeeze out the juice.

Bring lime juice, lime zest, vanilla bean, vanilla sugar, sugar and 200 ml water to a boil and let cool.

Mix sugar water, rum and coconut cream and freeze everything in the ice cream maker. Portion the coconut sorbet and serve garnished with coconut flakes.
