Mix Cold-Brew Coffee Extract (see basic recipe in my profile) with cherry juice, tonic water and mineral water. Serve with ice cubes or without.
Variation: Infuse with a sprig of mint in a carafe for 10 minutes. Feel free to try other fruit juices and let me know what your favorite is.
Note: This is a rather tart lemonade that even diehard beer fans enjoyed.
The bitterness of the tonic and the strong Cold Brew roast flavor complement each other nicely.
