Put all the ingredients in a heap on a large sheet of baking paper and slowly and carefully mix very well with a dough scraper. Pour into tins or jars.
When making coffee, sprinkle a little on the coffee grounds (to taste). Stores very well, but can also be given as a gift in small tins or jars.
