🍓 Ingredients

1/2 can Corn
1 tablespoon Pesto alla genovese
1 medium-sized Zucchini
some Tabasco
4 Eggs
  Ground pepper

🍽 Instructions

Rinse corn briefly.

Wash zucchini, cut in half horizontally and cut into thin strips (grate). Whisk eggs with pesto and Tabasco, pepper and mix with the corn and zucchini.

Grease muffin tin thoroughly and pour 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture into each cavity. Bake in preheated oven at 175 degrees for 15-20 min.
