Cut carrots and kohlrabi into 2-3 mm fine sticks. Briefly sauté the vegetables in butter. Add the broth and cook covered for about 3 minutes. Add the peas and the couscous. Simmer on low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Loosen the couscous with two forks and season with salt. Sprinkle with the herbs.
