Mix all ingredients except the cranberries with a blender until well blended.
Then fold in the cranberries. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (convection oven 160°C) in a muffin tin (with paper cups or without) for about 35 minutes. You can also use any other fruit, such as blueberries, but the cranberries give the muffins a wonderful, slightly tart flavor.
