250 grams Ladyfingers 📝 🍽
1 package Jelly (lemon flavor) 📝 🍽
200 grams Cream cheese 📝 🍽
2 packages Vanilla sugar 📝 🍽
100 grams Sugar 📝 🍽
500 milliliters Cream 📝 🍽

🍽 Instructions

For the base, first finely crush the ladyfingers (reserve 2 pieces) with a pastry roller and then mix well with the soft butter. Take a cake plate with a cake ring (set at 26 cm) or a springform pan and grease if necessary.

Spread the ladyfinger mixture on the base and press it down. For the filling, mix the packet of Jell-O with a cup of cold water in a saucepan and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff and squeeze the lemon.

After swelling, heat the jello while stirring until it has dissolved and let it cool down a bit. Now mix well in a mixing bowl the cream cheese, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla sugar and the slightly cooled jelly, then fold in the stiffly whipped cream. Spread the cream evenly on the prepared cake base and refrigerate overnight.

Before serving, finely crumble the reserved ladyfingers and sprinkle them on the cake. Then slice the kiwis and garnish the cake with them.
