Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
Put the cream cheese with the onion in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika powder and mix. If the cream is too thick, just add a dash of milk. I serve homemade bread and finely chopped vegetables with the cheese cream.
Tip: It is best to make the cream the day before, then it can soak well and tastes even better.
