🍓 Ingredients

1/4 liter Milk
1/2 liter Water
500 grams Broccoli fresh or frozen
1/8 liter Cream
  Salt and pepper
2 teaspoons Vegetable broth instant
1 pinch Nutmeg

🍽 Instructions

Wash the broccoli and divide it into florets. Bring the water to a boil, add salt and the 2 tsp of vegetable stock.

Also add the broccoli and cook for 8 – 10 min. After the cooking time, add the 1/4 liter of milk and puree. Add the cream and season to taste with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
