🍓 Ingredients

1 liter Vegetable broth
500 grams Broccoli
1 Onion
  Nutmeg
  Salt and pepper
200 grams Processed cheese

🍽 Instructions

Divide the broccoli into florets, peel and dice the stems.

Dice the onion, sauté in butter, add broccoli cubes and florets. Add the vegetable stock and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Then puree and stir in the processed cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Tip: Can also be made with zucchini.
