🍓 Ingredients

200 grams Whipped cream
1 Leek
400 grams Double cream cream cheese
1 level teaspoons Salt

🍽 Instructions

Clean the leek, cut lengthwise and cut into fine slices Beat the cream. Mix the cream cheese, leek and salt with a hand mixer, fold in the whipped cream. Allow everything to infuse well.

Arrange and garnish. The leek cream tastes very good on homemade fresh wholemeal bread or baguette.

It is ‘the hit’ on every buffet.
