🍓 Ingredients

1 Onion
200 milliliters Milk
1/2 kilograms Lean pork
  Cream
  Salt and pepper
  Flour

🍽 Instructions

Season the meat, cut into small cubes and fry in a pan. Dice the onion, add and cook until translucent. Add water so that the meat is just covered and cook the meat for about 20 minutes. Now add milk (you can vary the amount depending on how much sauce you want at the end) and season. Mix flour in a cup with a little water (preferably without lumps) until you can pour it. Then add to the pan and stir quickly with a whisk.

Bring to a boil again to thicken the sauce.

At the very end, add a generous dollop of cream. Let it get hot on a very low flame and … done! Serve with mashed potatoes.
