🍓 Ingredients

250 grams Flour
150 grams Sugar
150 grams Butter
5 Eggs
1 package Vanilla sugar
some Lemon peel flavoring
1 pinch Salt
2 level teaspoons Baking powder
100 grams Butter
175 grams Flour
  Grease for baking tray
1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
100 grams Sugar
as you like Fruit (e.g. cherries apples pears apricots)

🍽 Instructions

Mix the first eight ingredients together in a bowl and make a dough.

Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet. For topping, now wash, clean or peel fruit of choice and season, and chop into bite-sized pieces if desired. Then spread on the dough.

Knead the ingredients for the crumble and sprinkle the crumble over the cake. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 30 – 35 minutes.

This recipe is totally easy and tastes super delicious.

In addition, the cake tastes very delicious fresh from the oven, but is also still a poem the next day and the day after. You can therefore prepare it very well the day before or when short-term visit is announced.
