Cut the meat into small pieces. Peel and chop the onion. Cook both in oil over medium heat in a pan. In the meantime, first quarter the cucumber lengthwise and then cut into small pieces.
Do not cut the gherkins into small pieces either. When the meat is cooked, add the cucumber, gherkins, condensed milk, white wine and stock.
Cover and bring to the boil briefly. Season with salt and pepper and serve garnished with parsley. Serve with rice.
