🍓 Ingredients

150 grams Yogurt (15%)
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1 Cucumber
some Salt and pepper
2 teaspoons Olive oil
2 teaspoons Chives cut into rolls

🍽 Instructions

Peel the cucumber and cut into fine cubes. Mix the yogurt with lemon juice and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Mix the cucumber cubes with the dressing and then serve sprinkled with the chive rolls.
