🍓 Ingredients

80 grams Spring onions
600 grams Cucumbers
375 milliliters Chicken broth
3 tablespoons Dill
400 milliliters Cream
  Salt
  Chili
  Garlic
  Pepper

🍽 Instructions

Bring the chicken broth to a boil.

Peel and core the cucumbers, dice them and add them. Clean the spring onions. Chop them together with the dill and add them. Bring to a boil, then add the cream and season with salt, pepper, garlic and chili to taste. Let the soup simmer slowly for a while. Then serve warm or cold – tastes good both.
