🍓 Ingredients

some Fat
1 large Onion
2 medium-sized Cucumbers
1 cup Cream or buttermilk
1 tablespoon Flour
a little bit Water
some Vinegar
some Salt

🍽 Instructions

Peel the cucumber and slice into sticks.

Sauté the onion in the fat until translucent and the cucumber too. Then stir the tablespoon of flour with 1 cup of cream or buttermilk until smooth, dilute it with a little water and add this to the pre-steamed cucumbers. Season lightly with salt and vinegar and let the cucumbers fully soften. Tastes very good with boiled or boiled potatoes.
