Peel the cucumbers, clean them, cut them in half and scrape out the seeds with a spoon. Now cut the cucumbers into strips.
Peel the onion and cut it into cubes. Wash and chop the dill, cut the stems into small pieces and put extra. Put the meat in a cold pan without fat, add salt and pepper. Heat the pan over medium heat and stir-fry the ground meat.
Enough fat comes out so that nothing can stick.
Add the cucumbers, onions, and dill stalks as well and stir fry for a bit. Put a lid on the pan and saute everything for about 10 minutes. When the cucumbers are almost soft, dust with flour, stir once and cook briefly with a little water as needed. Now add the dill and season with a little lemon juice. We prefer to eat boiled potatoes with it and add a blob of sour cream on top.
