🍓 Ingredients

50 grams Sugar
20 grams Margarine
1 package Vanilla sugar
1 package Lemon zest
1 Egg
1/2 teaspoons Salt
2 level teaspoons Baking powder
as you like Vegetable oil for frying
125 grams Flour
250 grams Low-fat curd cheese

🍽 Instructions

Mix margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar and the egg.

Add lemon zest, salt and low-fat quark. Sift flour and baking powder and add to the quark mixture. Form small balls from the dough and deep-fry in a pan with oil (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
