🍓 Ingredients

50 grams Sour cream
60 grams Powdered sugar
100 grams Butter (goat butter)
120 grams Flour
1 pinch Baking soda
1 teaspoon Flour (locust bean gum)
1 Egg
180 grams Powdered sugar
600 grams Curd (goat curd)
100 milliliters Sour cream
3 Eggs of which the white
30 grams Semolina
3 Eggs
  Vanilla sugar
90 grams Sugar

🍽 Instructions

Mix the dough ingredients, knead on a baking sheet and bake half. For the filling, mix curd, sugar, semolina, cream and yolk. Fold in beaten egg whites, spread on the dough and continue baking.

Lattice: beat egg whites and sugar until stiff. Pipe a lattice on the cake and continue to bake until the beaten egg whites are lightly browned. Cut the cake into layers with a knife dipped in water and dust with vanilla sugar.
