🍓 Ingredients

500 grams Cream quark
1 Cake base
200 grams Sugar
1 Lemon untreated
1 package Vanilla sugar
1 package Gelatin powder white
1 pinch Salt
375 grams Whipped cream
6 tablespoons Water

🍽 Instructions

Cut the bottom in half. Place the bottom side in a mold and line the inside of the rim with, for example, plastic wrap.
