Cream the butter until creamy.
Stir in sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and egg. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in. Pour the crumb dough onto a greased baking sheet (30 x 28 cm) and press down. For the topping, mix the cottage cheese with the remaining ingredients.
Prepare the two crumbles.
Spread the curd mixture on the base, distribute the light and dark crumbles evenly on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes.
