🍓 Ingredients

250 grams Sour cream
1 package Curd (low-fat curd)
150 grams Dark grapes
150 grams Light grapes
1/2 Lemons the juice of which
50 grams Sugar
1 package Vanilla sugar

🍽 Instructions

Remove the stems from the grapes, wash, quarter and remove the seeds.

For the cream, mix sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice.

Fill the cream and grapes alternately into the glasses and serve.

Tip: If no children are eating, then the grapes – before they are used – can be soaked in a little grappa and then used.
