🍓 Ingredients

500 grams Grated Emmental cheese
500 grams Cottage cheese (curd) lean or 20%
2 level teaspoons Caraway seeds (can also be omitted)
1/2 level teaspoons Black pepper
1/2 level teaspoons Salt

🍽 Instructions

Squeeze curd cheese in a cloth, grate cheese.

Add spices and mix all ingredients well. Form small flat loaves. Place the Laiberl on a wooden board covered with greaseproof paper or baking paper. Let dry in a dry room for about 1 week. Turn daily. The cheese loaves taste good with buttered bread.
