Defrost the puff pastry sheets, roll out into squares.

Separate 1 egg, mix the egg yolk with quark, sugar and custard powder. Pour the mixture into the center of the pastry squares, spread a little and place a peach half in the center. Gently press the corners of each pastry piece together to make a small border.

Beat the second egg and brush the pastry with it. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Heat the apricot jam. Mix the powdered sugar with a little water.

Coat the still warm pastry first with the jam and then with the powdered sugar glaze.
