🍓 Ingredients

4 Shallots
1 tablespoon Oil
4 Chops
2 tablespoons Butter
  Salt and pepper
3 Apples

🍽 Instructions

Fry the chops in oil for 8-10 minutes, season with salt and pepper and keep warm. Peel the onions, halve them and cut them into fine half rings. Wash, peel and quarter the apples and divide them into fine wedges.

Fry the onion rings in hot butter until translucent, then add the apple slices and fry, season with salt and pepper.

Put the apple and onion vegetables on the hot chops.
