1 Onion
1/2 teaspoons Sambal oelek
  Clarified butter
200 grams Cream
500 grams Pork tenderloins

🍽 Instructions

Make a marinade from the ingredients and marinate the pork tenderloin overnight. Dry the meat and brown it in clarified butter for about 15 minutes. Add the marinade and let everything sit for another 15 minutes. Cut the meat into slices. Sieve the sauce and dress with cream.
