🍓 Ingredients

75 grams Butter
1 package Vanilla sugar
100 grams Sugar
140 grams Flour
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Rum
1 teaspoon Baking powder
  Cake icing
  Powdered sugar or

🍽 Instructions

Cream butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar as usual.

Add rum. Mix flour with baking powder and add. Pour the dough into a greased lamb baking dish and bake at approx. 175 C° for 40 minutes. After baking, let the lamb cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar or coat with chocolate glaze.
