🍓 Ingredients

250 grams Sugar
1 Vanilla bean
1 liter Milk
10 Egg yolk
65 milliliters White rum
1/8 liter Cognac
1/4 liter Alcohol (90% from pharmacy)

🍽 Instructions

Bring the milk to the boil with the sugar and the whole vanilla bean and leave to cool for about 1 hour. Then scrape out the pulp of the vanilla bean and return it to the milk. Once cooled, add the remaining ingredients. Finally, fold in the 10 egg yolks one at a time.

Bottle and leave to infuse in the dark for six weeks until ready to eat.
