🍓 Ingredients

8 medium-sized Potatoes
2 Cloves of garlic
2 medium-sized Onions
2 Eggs raw
4 Eggs hard boiled
200 grams Peas young green (canned)
  Salt
2 tablespoons Oil for frying
  Pepper black fresh ground and abundant
  Nutmeg grated
  Paprika hot
  Oil to grease the mold

🍽 Instructions

Boil jacket potatoes, peel and mash with a fork or press.

Sauté the finely diced onions in hot oil until translucent.

Add the crushed garlic and the well drained peas.

Sauté for 2 minutes. Add to the potatoes along with the hard boiled eggs cut into small cubes. Whisk the raw eggs with the spices – the tart should be very hot- and mix loosely with the potato mixture. Oil a springform pan, spread the mixture into it and bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for about 25 min. Serve warm or cold with fresh salad.
