Season and mix the minced meat with the indicated ingredients.
Fry the minced meat in a deep, large pan, add the finely diced onion, add the diced eggplant and diced zucchini and fry.
Season generously with vegetable salt, pepper, ginger (sparingly, please), coriander and soy sauce.
I find that rice or simply herb baguettes go best with this.
The whole thing still with the addition of cream and some cream cheese and baked with cheese gives a good spicy casserole.
