๐Ÿ“ Ingredients

200 grams Flour
5 Eggs
5 tablespoons Water
200 grams Sugar
1 pinch Salt
1/2 liter Cream
500 grams Cream (mascarino)
6 leaf Gelatin
1/4 liter Syrup (elderberry syrup)
1 package Cake glaze clear
2 Lemons
1/4 liter Water (sugar water)
  Elderflower umbels
1/8 liter Syrup (elderberry syrup)

๐Ÿฝ Instructions

Make a sponge dough from the given ingredients and bake at medium heat. When cooled, cut through once. Soak the gelatine. Mix mascarino and elderberry syrup. Whip the cream. Stir the dissolved gelatine into the mascarino mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Fill the cake with this cream and cover. Chill in a cool place. Cut lemons into 2mm thick slices and simmer in sugar water for about 20 minutes. When cooled, decorate the cake with them. If available, sprinkle elderflowers on top. Prepare cake jelly according to instructions with elderberry juice and coat the cake with it. Chill again.
