🍓 Ingredients

20 milliliters Lemon juice
20 Elderflower umbels blooming
500 grams Jelling sugar 2:1
1 liter Cherry juice

🍽 Instructions

Pour one liter of cherry juice over the elderflower umbels and let stand covered for 24 hours. After 24 hours, filter the whole through a fine sieve.

Remove the elderflowers.

Bring the juice to the boil with the lemon juice and the preserving sugar and boil for 5 minutes until bubbling.

Pour into jars.
