🍓 Ingredients

🍽 Instructions

Cut the pork loin into slices about 1.5 cm thick and season with salt and pepper.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the tenderloin briefly on both sides over medium heat. Remove the meat from the pan and fry the mushrooms in the pan until all the liquid has evaporated. Pour in the broth and cream and season with salt and pepper.

If necessary, add a little sauce thickener. Cut the chives into fine rolls and mix with the mushrooms. Toast the bread in the toaster until light brown and place a slice of ham on each slice of toast. Spread the pork medallions on the toast slices and cover with the mushrooms. Put the cheese on top and bake the toasts at 200 degrees in the oven until the cheese blisters. The whole thing also tastes great if you use hollandaise sauce instead of the cheese.
