In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with the cheese, crème fraiche, finely chopped onions, crushed garlic and egg.
If the mixture is too thin, add breadcrumbs. Now season to taste, e.g. with salt, pepper and curry powder or vegeta. Mix everything again. Shape the dumplings (best with your hands), roll them in breadcrumbs and fry them in hot fat until the crust is crispy.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
Tip: Add lettuce, beans, corn and ketchup to a roll and eat as a hamburger.
