🍓 Ingredients

250 grams Powdered sugar
500 grams Sour cream
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
125 milliliters White wine
2 packages Vanilla sugar
3 leaf Gelatin red
3 leaf Gelatin white
500 grams Cream

🍽 Instructions

Dissolve the gelatin separately according to package instructions. Mix all other ingredients except the cream with the mixer. Divide the mixture. Stir the red gelatin into one half and the white gelatin into the other. Whip the cream until stiff and fold half into the red and half into the white mixture. Then alternately fill red and white into small bowls or glasses.

Leave to set in the refrigerator.
